  • EMPLOYER FACILITATED VOLUNTARY SELF EXCLUSION FOR FOREIGN WORKERS
    Employers who want to help their foreign workers apply for voluntary self exclusion using this online module need to:
    • Step 1: Have access to Ministry of Manpower’s Work Permit On Line (WPOL) System.
    • Step 2: Ensure that all the casino self exclusion applicants understand the terms and conditions of the casino self exclusion and have signed on the Consolidated Application Form for Foreign Workers. The form may be downloaded here. The completed form with all the signatures collected should be scanned into PDF format (.pdf) and uploaded as part of the online.
    • Step 3: Log into the Employer Facilitated Voluntary Self Exclusion Online Module using your SingPass by clicking the button below. Complete the required steps and submit the application. Please note that the online module automatically logs out after 30 minutes. You will be prompted to extend your session after being logged in for 25 minutes.

For foreign domestic workers
(a) Employers who wish to help their foreign domestic workers apply for voluntary self-exclusion are required to log-in with their valid SingPass and complete the online form. It is also the employer's responsibility to print and retain a signed hard copy of the “Casino Self-Exclusion Application for Foreign Domestic Workers” by clicking on the “Print Form” button after filling up the required fields. This form is to be readily produced upon request by NCPG.

IS IT COMPULSORY FOR MY FOREIGN WORKERS TO SIGN UP FOR NCPG VOLUNTARY SELF EXCLUSION?
No, it is not compulsory for the foreign worker to sign up. It must be voluntary. The foreign worker has to agree. The employer has to seek the consent of the foreign worker that he wants to be excluded.
MUST I TELL MY FOREIGN WORKER THAT I WILL BE EXCLUDING HIM OR HER?
Yes. The exclusion must be voluntary. The foreign worker has to agree. You will need to seek his/her consent to exclude him/her.
WHAT IF MY FOREIGN WORKER WHO HAS A GAMBLING PROBLEM REFUSES TO GIVE HIS CONSENT?
Self exclusion must be voluntary. The foreign worker has to give his/her consent before he/she can be excluded. Foreign workers who need help with problem gambling can call 1800-6-668-668.
WHAT ARE THE OPERATING HOURS OF THE NCPG CALL CENTRE FOR EMPLOYER-FACILITATED SELF EXCLUSION FOR FOREIGN WORKERS?
The operating hours of the call centre is 9am to 5.30pm, Mondays to Fridays.
HOW DO I ASSIST MY FOREIGN WORKERS IN APPLYING FOR CASINO SELF EXCLUSION USING THE EMPLOYER FACILITATED VOLUNTARY SELF EXCLUSION ONLINE MODULE?
  • Employer representative assisting foreign workers in the application for self exclusion must have access to Ministry of Manpower’s Work Permit On Line (WPOL) system.
  • Go to http://www.ncpg.org.sg
  • Go to the tab “Draw the Line” and click on “Casino Exclusion Measures”.
  • Click on “Employer Facilitated Self Exclusion” on the left, then click on “Employer Facilitated Voluntary Self Exclusion Online Module” to sign in using your SingPass.
  • Employer representative must fill up the relevant details, and then proceed to add the names of the applicants into the list of individuals applying for exclusion using the “Click to Add” function.
  • Please upload the scanned PDF copy of Consolidated Application Form for Foreign Workers, and ensure that it contains the signatures of ALL the applicants. Applications lacking valid signatures will not be processed. You may download the form here.
  • It is the responsibility of the employer representative to explain the terms and conditions of the casino self exclusion application stated on the application form. Click the “Submit” button after reading the declarations carefully and checking all the tick-boxes.
CAN I INCLUDE MY WORKER WHO IS A SINGAPORE CITIZEN/PERMANENT RESIDENT IN THE CONSOLIDATED FOREIGNER FORM?
No. The Employer Facilitated Voluntary Self Exclusion Online Module is to assist employers to help their foreign workers apply for self-exclusion from the casinos. This is because many foreign workers, especially Work Permit holders, may not be proficient in English or our other official languages. They may not be aware that they can opt to exclude themselves from the casinos or understand how to apply for exclusion orders. Therefore, we are providing this option for employers to assist their foreign workers to apply for self-exclusion.

Singapore Citizens/Permanent Residents can apply for voluntary self-exclusion using their SingPass at NCPG’s website http://www.ncpg.org.sg or visit the NCPG office with their SingPass details ready, at 510 Thomson Road #12-05/06, SLF Building, Singapore 298135.
IF MY FOREIGN WORKER REFUSES TO SIGN THE FORM (CONSOLIDATED APPLICATION FORM FOR FOREIGN WORKERS), CAN I STILL “ADD” AND SUBMIT HIS NAME TO YOU FOR EXCLUSION FROM THE CASINO?
Self-exclusion from the casinos is strictly voluntary, we will not process the applications of those foreign workers who refuse to sign the form.
I HAVE SUBMITTED THE APPLICATION TO EXCLUDE MY FOREIGN WORKERS TO YOU. BY WHEN WILL THEY BE EXCLUDED?
Once the submission has been successfully made, NCPG will begin to process the application after the PDF file with the full list of signatures has been verified. Foreign workers should be advised to NOT enter the casinos as soon as they have signed the form.
I DON’T WANT TO USE THE EMPLOYER FACILITATED VOLUNTARY SELF EXCLUSION ONLINE MODULE. IS THERE ANY OTHER WAY MY FOREIGN WORKER CAN EXCLUDE HIMSELF/HERSELF?

As a security requirement, we require a company representative who is authorised to use the Ministry of Manpower’s Work Permit Online (WPOL) system to submit the application.
